Andre Leung is CEO and co-founder of Aereve, a Regtech & ESG startup, and Co-Chair of Greentech and ESG Committee of Fintech Association of Hong Kong.

He has strong knowledge gained over the last 20 years with KYC screening, AML transaction monitoring, regulator (HKMA & SFC AML/CFT) compliance & regulations including regulatory reporting, whilst gaining senior management experience with the top financial service providers, big 4 consulting firms, and regulators from USA, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Other technical experiences include large scale project & program management, credit risk assessment, setting up financial analytics, financial and IT Due Diligence of financial institutions including system & integration.

Andre studied undergraduate Mathematics at Oxford University and EMBA from Kellogg-HKUST.
