税務局 – 2024-25利得税電子報税 税務局今日向法團及合夥業務發出2024/25年度利得税報税表。 為跟上國際税收徵管工作及資訊科技的發展,税務局正積極推進税務數碼化。税務局鼓勵納税人自願以電子方式,連同符合iXBRL格式的佐證文件﹙包括財務報表和税項計算表﹚一併提交利得税報税表。 為方便納税人擬備所需的iXBRL數據檔案,税務局提供了「税務局分類標準準則」﹙「分類標準準則」)和「税務局iXBRL數據擬備工具」﹙包括模板工具及標記工具,統稱「擬備工具」)供納税人在税務局網站免費下載。税務局在本年度已更新及提升該分類標準準則及擬備工具,當中主要包括以下的優化功能: 提升英文標記工具(Windows版本),以接受匯入Microsoft Excel格式的財務報表;及 增加可供選擇的貨幣種類,以協助納税人建立以更多不同貨幣擬備的財務報表及税項計算表iXBRL數據檔案。 利得税電子報税和iXBRL報税的更多詳情,請分別參閱税務局專用網頁www.ird.gov.hk/c_epf及www.ird.gov.hk/c_ixbrl。如對iXBRL報税要求及使用擬備工具有任何疑問,你可電郵至ixbrl_reporting@ird.gov.hk聯絡税務局,或經網上預約服務預約指定時段以電話查詢。 税務局將於2025年7月推出三個互聯的網站,即個人税務網站、商業税務網站(「BTP」)和税務代表網站(「TRP」),為個人、公司及税務代表提供網上服務,包括優化的電子報税服務、整批延期服務及其他電子服務。由2025年4月下旬起,公司及税務代表可分別於BTP及TRP預先開立其專屬帳戶。有關BTP及TRP的詳情將在税務局網站發布。 税務局亦期望在2026年4月起全面推行整批延期提交報税表的電子安排,即税務代表自課税年度2025/26起必須透過在TRP下整批延期服務,就其客戶的利得税報税表以電子方式提交整批延期申請或通知。税務局鼓勵税務代表在今年起以電子方式提交整批延期申請或通知,以提升該等申請的效率、準確性和可靠性。有關申請整批延期提交報税表的更多詳情,請參閱税務局網站税務代表申請整批延期提交報税表。...
