Description

In recent years, Hong Kong has introduced various tax incentives to attract foreigners to set up business in Hong Kong in order to strengthen Hong Kong’s competitiveness and the development of certain industries, including enhanced tax deduction regime for qualifying research and development expenditures, tax incentives on ship leasing and ship leasing management businesses as well as corporate treasury centre.  In this webinar, the speakers will discuss the requirements for enjoying these incentives and our view on the potential development on Hong Kong tax incentives going forward by considering the global minimum tax requirement under the current international reforms.
