Of all different types of businesses, SMEs are the most vulnerable for tax audits by the Inland Revenue Department (“IRD”), especially those with cash business and cross border transactions. A lot of SMEs focus all their effort in generating business and have insufficient resources and knowledge to deal with their tax matters properly.

This seminar will use an interactive case approach in demonstrating common errors made by SMEs. The seminar will show case a simulation of an IRD initial interview with a SME, highlight key points to note and way to handle.
