Further to the release of Biden US Tax Reform proposal last year, President Biden submitted his Administration’s Budget for the 2023 fiscal year to the US Congress few weeks ago. Meanwhile, the US Department of Treasury issued its annual Green Book, which explains the revenue proposals made in the Fiscal Year 2023 Budget. With all these changes, we have been hearing increasing concerns from both corporate and individual taxpayers, including both US and non-US persons and entities.
