Description

香港稅務學會定期舉辦會員論壇，探討時下的熱門話題，並加強與會員之間的互動。學會會事先收集不同問題，並從中挑選出部分議題於會員論壇上作出討論和分享。今次，我們很高興邀請潘琪偉博士為我們分享有關「前海蛇口片區執業登記推薦函申請及成功開設聯營稅務師事務所」的經驗，歡迎各會員向學會提出有關執業上遇到的問題或疑難。而會長劉昭華女士將會回應有關疑問及分享學會的最新發展方向。

Speaker Profile

Ms. Carol Liu, Immediate Past President, TIHK

Carol is the Immediate Past President of the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong with extensive tax professional experience working in Mainland China, Hong Kong and the UK with big four firms for more than 23 years.  In-depth knowledge and technical skills of China tax and business rules and regulations as well as local practices.  Expertise in China and international tax and business compliance and advisory, and tax strategy planning and implementation for restructuring, merger and acquisition transactions of multi-national companies in various industries, and tax efficient arrangements for cross-border projects, transactions and successful IPO cases, etc.
