Description

Due to the extreme weather situation and the associated risks of commute on 8 September 2023, the Institute hereby announces that the AGM is rescheduled to be held on Tuesday, 26 September 2023 at 5:30 p.m. at The Chinese Club (華商會所), 14th Floor, 21-22 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong

Save for the change of date of the AGM, all the information set out in the Notice and the Proxy Form remains unchanged.
