Speaker Profile

Caesar is Managing Director of China Advisory Services at Acclime Advisory Services. Focusing on China and cross-border tax and business projects, his areas of expertise include tax risk mitigation, tax controversy solutions, M&A tax advisory, practical transfer pricing, optimisation of cross-border arrangements, government services and training services for executives, officials and tax practitioners. He also serves as a China tax expert witness for litigation cases at the High Court of Hong Kong.

Caesar is a CPA, CTA and qualified tax practitioner registered in China.  Caesar has over three decades of professional tax and business advisory experience,  and worked for Andersen, PwC, EY, Deloitte and RSM. He was seconded to Shanghai in 1994 and worked at offices in Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Macao, Shanghai and Shenzhen. Caesar is the pioneer for Greater Bay Area and Free Trade Zone advisory, and submits comments on tax bills and policies.
