Mr. Paul Chan Mo-po, Financial Secretary of the Government of the HKSAR, delivered the 2022/23 Budget on 23 February 2022. At a time when the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact the global economy in all sectors, the Budget this year again focused on measures assisting those affected by the pandemic as well as measures strengthening Hong Kong’s position as an international business and financial centre.
