Philip Kwok is a Partner of Jun He Law Offices, Hong Kong. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and arbitration, regulatory investigations, cybersecurity and data protection, financial technology compliance, electronic data preservation and retention, as well as disputes and regulatory matters for intellectual property, internet and e-commerce businesses. He is also currently a Non-Clinical Lecturer of the University of Hong Kong, responsible for the China Information Technology and Electronic Commerce Law course. He is also currently a member of the InnoTech Committee and the Privacy and Data Law Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong.
