In Asia, we have generally been fortunate to experience healthy growth cycles that extends into decades in some cases.  Transfer Pricing models designed for long term group profits can become very punitive during economic hard times.  Whereas experience with quick, fast rebounds in the region might have caused companies to “bite the bullet” and “hold the course” during previous economic crises, the depth and breath of Covid 19 impacts mean it requires a different strategy all together.  In this seminar, we will focus on some of the short and long term transfer pricing strategies in dealing with transfer pricing during recession times.
