Caesar Wong is a professional accountant and tax adviser who provides comprehensive tax and business advisory services to enterprises, investors and government authorities for over 30 years. He also serves as a China tax expert witness for litigation cases at the High Court of Hong Kong. He is Managing Director, China Advisory Services of Acclime Tax Advisory (Hong Kong) Ltd. (renamed from RSM Tax Advisory (Hong Kong) Ltd.), and worked for Andersen, PwC, EY and Deloitte. He was seconded to Shanghai in 1994, and worked at offices in Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Macao, Shanghai and Shenzhen. Caesar is Vice President of TIHK cum Chairman of TIHK’s China Taxation Committee, Member of ACCA’s Global Forum for Taxation, and Member of Academic Research Committee, China International Taxation Research Institute. Caesar submits comments on tax bills and policies, and cooperated with Shenzhen Tax Service of STA to draft the pioneer rules, implementation guidelines and registration forms for qualified tax advisers from Hong Kong and Macao to practice in the mainland.
