Clement Tam is the General Manager of Kadoorie Estates Limited, the real estate arm of the Kadoorie Group, managing a portfolio of luxury residential and A-grade commercial properties in Hong Kong.

Clement has more than 20 years of management experiences in real estates and aviation with organisations including Kadoorie Estates Limited, Hang Lung Properties, HKR International, Cathay Pacific Airways, and Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company. He has worked extensively in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Middle East and various Asian countries.

He holds a Master of Engineering Science Degree from the University of Oxford, U.K.
