Jacky is a Tax manager of PwC Hong Kong’s corporate tax practice. Prior to joining PwC Hong Kong,  he was in the Hong Kong and China business tax team at Deloitte.

Jacky serves different MNC clients across industries, such as retail and distribution, real estate, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, professional services, etc.

Jacky has solid experience in Hong Kong tax advisory works including corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisition tax due diligence, tax ruling and investigation, HK stamp duty planning, debt financing structuring, etc.

Jacky actively involves in digitalization initiatives, including the development of internal tax compliance software and system development of the IRD iXBRL Data Preparation Tools.  Jacky is a member of HKICPA.
