Will’s practice focuses on international arbitration, regulatory and white collar defence, commercial disputes
and tax litigation. His tax experience includes advising clients on field audits and settlement discussions with
the IRD and has acted on several judicial review cases against the CIR for corporate taxpayers and handled
appeals to the Board of Review and the Court.
