Jessica has over 20 years’ experience on China tax in Hong Kong and Shanghai. Jessica is one of the key members of PwC’s National Tax Policy Service team which supports the Tax Practice in respect of capturing the latest tax and business regulatory developments, exploring tax efficiency opportunities for clients, sharing professional experience with the Practice members. Jessica is specialised in corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, private equity funds, partnerships, tax treaty, indirect transfer and other cross-border transactions. She often exchanges views and experience with the Chinese tax authorities at different levels.
