Her expertise includes group tax review, tax health check, corporate restructuring, pre-IPO advisory and tax compliance from both Hong Kong and China perspectives. Karen has rich experience in M&A and IPO projects and is also a key member of the transfer pricing (“TP”) team of Mazars in Hong Kong. She provides different TP planning and TP documentation services for MNCs, state-owned enterprises and listed companies.
