Melissa, who has over 20 years of professional experience in the risk management and sustainability fields, is the Southern Region Leader in Deloitte Risk Advisory practice in China.

Melissa has clients in a wide spectrum of industries including the public sector, energy and resources, real estate development, construction, hotels, advertising, telecommunications, manufacturing and retail. She has led the development of over 80 ESG reports.

Melissa is a regular speaker for professional associations on topics relating to ESG reporting, risk management and corporate governance. She also provided ESG reporting, green finance advisory services, TCFD advisory services to various listed companies and fund managers.

In addition, she is a member of the Sustainability Committee of HKICPA, member of the ESG Disclosure Working Group of the Hong Kong Green Finance Association, member of the Governance Nomination and Development Committee of the Hong Kong Red Cross and also the Governance Advisor of YWCA.
