【香港與大灣區金融監管機構高峰會系列】 中華人民共和國香港特別行政區維護國家安全法

為慶祝ADF成12週年和ACA成立1年，ADF及ACA免費呈獻「香港與大灣區金融監管機構高峰會」系列第四集。

「香港與大灣區金融監管機構高峰會」系列由ACA、與香港浸會大學商學院發起及主辦，並由ADF、香港科大商學院會計學系及香港理工大學會計及金融學院聯合主辦。ACA及ADF負責邀請本地金融機構高級管理人員，向大專院校學生，分享他們在金融機構工作的經驗，以及這些經驗在大灣區的應用。

來到第四集，ACA 及ADF 很榮幸邀請到孖士打律師行合伙人蘇紹聰博士，成為演講嘉賓，與我們分享「中華人民共和國香港特別行政區維護國家安全法」，內容包括國安法的重點、應用範疇、效力、以及國安法對會計界的影響。

11月15日(星期一) 晚上6時30分，「香港與大灣區金融監管機構高峰會」系列第四集將在「會計界愛心同盟」YouTube 頻道 （https://www.youtube.com/c/AccountancyCaringAlliance）舉行，時間約1小時，歡迎大家免費參與。

4th Belt and Road Conference

The Law Society of Hong Kong’s 4^th Belt and Road Conference themed “Global Recovery and Harmony through the Belt and Road Initiative”, as part of the Hong Kong Legal Week, will be held on Thursday, 4 November 2021 at 09:00 – 17:30 (Hong Kong time) via Zoom. The Conference will be conducted in English with simultaneous interpretation from English to Putonghua and Cantonese.

The Conference aims at discussing ongoing initiatives and plans; practical guidance on manoeuvring in geo-politically troubled waters; and effective resolution of disputes to build harmony and realise opportunities. It is expected to attract around 1,000 legal practitioners and businessmen around the world.
